We are an Award Winning custom boutique winery that specializes in making wine from all over the world.
We blend, ferment, age and bottle over 30 different wines all on premise.
We are also a Craft Brewery in Downtown Historic Rockport Texas that produces the beer on site. We have draft beer, Can beer to go and Growlers to go. We have 12 or more beers on tap!

In the heart of historic downtown Rockport, Texas, Dan and Debbie Parker have crafted more than just wine and beer – they’ve created a destination. At Winery on the Bay, their award-winning boutique winery, the Parkers transform juices sourced from vineyards across the globe into over 30 unique varietals. From classic reds and whites to fruit-infused and dessert wines, their creations are crafted without preservatives and with minimal sulfites, ensuring a pure, refined tasting experience for every palate.
We can produce individual wine for your special occasion with custom labels for your bottles. Ask about our Custom Batch that will produce 28 bottles of wine for your special occasion.
We offer 4 tastings at our Tasting room, including a Souvenir Glass, for $10.00. Alternatively, for beer tasting, you can enjoy 4 tastings along with a Souvenir Glass for $11.00.

We started 30 years ago in our back room of our house brewing beer and wine for us and our friends. We and our friends enjoyed it so much that in 2008 we started a small winery in Gruene Texas known has Winery on the Gruene. As a family that loves the water we decided that we must live in this adorable town of Rockport so we brought our expertise to this area to share with the residents and the visitors of Rockport Texas. Located in the Historic District of Rockport, Fulton Texas. A jewel of the Coastal Bend Area!
