Wizard's California Steam
Is it Ale? Is it a Lager? Yes, our Wizard’s California Steam style is pitched with lager yeast but fermented at higher temperatures. This allows the true nature of the American Malted Barley to shine by highlighting the caramel flavors and aromas. Balancing sweetness with just the right amount of West Coast Hops.

Made using a light Wheat Wort. A thirst-quenching wheat beer made with 2-row Brewers Malt and Hoppy white wheat malt. It is hopped with Liberty and the acclaimed Oregon Crystal aroma Hop.

A balance of sweet and citrus, American Indian Pale Ale is made with 2-row Barley from the Big Horn Basin and finished with a generous mix of Columbus, Centennial, Chinook and Cascade Hops.

Boozer's Saison
This Saison is a refreshing and complex beer that originated in Belgium. Brewed with a blend of specialty malts and a spicy yeast strain, it offers a fruity and earthy flavor profile with notes of pepper, clove, and citrus. With a pale yellow color and a white head, it’s visually appealing and has a dry and effervescent finish. Traditionally brewed in the winter months and served in the summer, this beer is perfect for sipping on a hot day or pairing with a variety of foods.

A rich dark beer made with 4 varieties of malt, Minnesota 2-row Brewers malt, English Chocolate, Black Malt and Roasted Barley which gives a pleasant coffee like character to the finish. Hopped with Liberty and East Kent Golding.
